Oh well, I injured my finger again. I accidentally cut my right thumb last month and this month it is my left thumb’s turn. Well, at least it is on my non-dominant hand this time and it wasn’t a deep cut.
It’s public holiday today and I am going out to study. Well, I planned to reach office way earlier but things don’t go to plan as usual… I haven’t had lunch either so it is going to be a really late lunch for me. I guess I will study till later time than I expected then…
Hopefully I don’t fail the CISSP exam again. It’s tough to concentrate though so I might end up rescheduling it. Gahhh. At this rate, it’s going to impact my other plans soon…

I’m getting quite motivated to post more photos on Instagram since Alex and Jin Quan started the trend recently. So I thought why not post some of my old photos that I haven’t got time to edit/process them. Since I am making the effort to edit them, why not post it on Instagram then blog about it here right? Haha.
I went to USA last November/December for my business trip. I extended the trip to visit Disneyland at Anaheim, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
On Thanksgiving day, I have to make sure that I reach office as early as I can. I think I left the hotel at 6am and reached at 630am (before my director reached the office). We also managed to catch the sunrise in office and I took some photos of it. My colleagues told me in advance that there is a nice sunrise that can be seen from our seats so I brought my camera and tripod to try to take photos of the sunrise.
Before the sunrise, I also saw the stars. It’s something that I don’t get to see often in Singapore, especially with the huge amount of light pollution.
Most restaurants were closed for Thanksgiving Day so it was difficult to get dinner on that day. Luckily one of our colleagues sent us a list of places that is still open on Thanksgiving Day and we managed to get dinner at one of the places. The food is really nice too. One of the best meals I had in Phoenix for sure.
I’m down with flu and sinus infection again. Sigh. It’s really forcing me to take a break. Oh well. I only hope that I can recover before my flight. 🙁
I already started doing research and aiming what I want to get during my trip. Hehe. I even have reservations on 1 of the item because I heard there’s only 1 set available and I really want that. 😀 Can’t wait for my vacation to start haha.

I went out with Geck Keat last week and we wanted to explore the roof garden at Capitagreen. Unfortunately it was only open on Tuesdays so we left in disappointment. Then we went to Victoria Concert Hall to take photos and also explore around Orchard. We definitely walked a lot that day.
I think Geck Keat was so tired since she was wearing slip-ons. But she still manage to find the energy to go jogging after meeting me.
I went to Peranakan Museum during Vesak Day (this Wednesday) and took some photos of the surroundings. I didn’t go for the paid exhibition. I might return just to explore the paid exhibition though. Let’s see if I ever get time…
Well, nothing much have changed in the museum and I was kind of bored halfway through. Someone asked if I was bored and I said, “No, I am just tired.” Now that I think back, I was probably really bored lol.
There was some workshop thingy whereby we can do braiding ourselves and this is what I made!

Don’t know why I am seeing chickens at town (City Hall) area but yeah. It’s quite white though.
I also tried a new style that I was referencing based on Kim Ji Won airport fashion – white top with blue jeans. Well, I wore it with leggings jeans instead. I asked my friend to take a full body photo and sent it to my female friends and they said it don’t look too off and actually looks nice on me. Haha. It will be good for days when I don’t feel like dressing up or on days when I want to wear several of my pretty jewelleries haha. 🙂
