1 person – Travelling alone can be both exciting and scary.
2 weeks – For both work and personal vacation.
3 climates – 3 different parts of US means 3 different climates to adapt to.
4 timezones – 3 parts of US and Japan.
5 bags – Basically my checkin and hand carry bags.
6 devices – All the gadgets I needed for the trip.
7 layovers – Oh, please don’t remind me of this.
8 flights – Setting a new personal record, yet again.
Fun, fun, fun!
Looking forward to the start of my journey and feeling blessed for the opportunities and ability to travel.
I went for haircut at Walking in Sunshine with my new hairstylist, Ivy, today.
I told her I want to cut my hair before I go overseas and she asked if I am going overseas for studies. Then I say for work then she paused for a while. It’s like she was shocked that I am already working. 😮
I’m so happy and this is truly my favourite compliment for this year.
It’s hard work to age backwards, especially in an industry where people age faster than any other industries. 😀
I will continue to take exceptionally good care of myself and age backwards. 🙂
It’s the favourite time of the year again. I went to Marina Bay Sands (MBS) recently and saw their Christmas decorations with Chanel theme this year.
Can’t wait to see more decorations when I fly to New York for my personal vacation this year. 😀 I have always wanted to visit New York and I love Christmas. Hehe.

* I’m following the prices I found online and not the ones that I actually paid for. I always do my due diligence when it comes to buying the products and where+when to buy them. So what I paid for is lesser than what is listed.
Wow, it’s a 65% jump since 2019. Lol, lifestyle inflation is a real thing. Maybe I should say is skin care inflation. Lol. Well, when you are older, you do need to spend more to upkeep your appearance. 😐
Sulwhasoo, Kiehls, Fancl, Round Lab and Drunk Elephant are now like key skin care brands while Hermes, Cle de Peau and Charlotte Tilbury are my go-to brands for daily basic makeup now.
I went to Bishan Ang Mo Kio Park on 26 October with a guy whom I will never meet again. Weird date and I thought maybe can still give him 1 last chance but apparently he is not interested either. So yeah, maybe it is for the best. The universe is chasing all these potential mummy’s boy out of my way.
It’s a 6.5km hike and a 6.5 hrs date/meetup. 3 hrs was spent on the hike while remaining 3.5 hrs was spent on dinner and him not wanting to split up. Gah, I should have decide faster and just end even earlier. Lol.
Anyway, I did manage to get some good photos and selfies (without him knowing) so I guess it’s better than a complete waste of time? Here are some of the great photos that I took with my new iPhone 16 Pro. I have to say its camera is really good and the level of details captured is really high so I managed to salvage many of my photos with bad lighting using Adobe Lightroom. 😀
