I have blogged 106 posts in 2024. \ud83d\ude42 That&#8217;s like an average of around 8 posts per month. \ud83d\ude2e Wow! That&#8217;s such a big jump from all the previous years\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have reviewed the New Year resolutions I set for myself in <a href=\"https:\/\/violinstar.net\/?p=32728\">2024<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Put myself first \u2013 my physical, mental and financial health are more important than everything else.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I definitely achieved this for physical and mental. Financially &#8211; I spent way too much this year. Glowing up is really expensive. Lol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have more confidence in myself when it comes to trusting my gut and my ability in managing my financial health.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I definitely have improved in this. \ud83d\ude42 I shall continue to keep up to this progress I am making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Don\u2019t be too hard on myself this year \u2013 this is especially important when I have to do major packing and unpacking at the end of the year. I\u2019m dreading it now as I am trying my best to declutter as much as I can\u2026 I need to remind myself that very little progress I made is still a progress!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Well, the move got delayed so I guess I still need to keep this goal this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s 2025 and I am still based in Singapore. Lol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyway, for 2025, my new year resolutions are as follows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Learn to prioritise yourself consistently &#8211; physically, mentally and financially. Time to practise intentional spending of time, effort and money. Especially money. Lol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Appreciate what I already have and enjoy my acquisitions as much as I can instead of adding more. Basically less shopping because I did buy a lot of new and beautiful stuff in the last 2 years. \ud83d\ude00 <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be kinder to yourself. Don\u2019t be too hard on myself this year. This year is a year of transformation and changes. No idea what kind of challenges I will be facing but it should be quite mentally draining for me.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn to let go relationships whereby the efforts is only one-sided. Enough of holding onto friendships when the other party is not putting any level of effort. I already have a few friends who are under this category. I am been practising patience for some friends for many years but I think it&#8217;s time to let go.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Let&#8217;s see what I can achieve in this year. \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Happy New Year!
