    Whee! I managed to go for 2 yoga classes today – one after another. I had Power Yoga class first then left early to rush for my Hot Basics Yoga class. Not for the faint hearted because I was feeling tired at the start of the Hot Basics Yoga class. Oh, and I am sweating a lot more in the hot yoga class. Not sure if it is hotter than usual or if it is because I already sweat it out during my power yoga class. Nevertheless, it was a good workout. I think I will try for 2 yoga classes in a day next time to clock 2 hrs of yoga exercises in a week. :smile:

    Why am I working out more these days? Because I realised I have gained quite a bit of weight ever since I started work (since 5 years ago) and that is not a good thing. I am going to be slightly overweight if I continue to gain weight. Being overweight is not good and I do not want to increase my risks of high blood pressure or heart related diseases. Hence, I decided to work out more. I also have quite a bit of yoga class passes to clear so that helps in motivating me to work out more.

    I rushed both of my yoga classes today since I will not be free tomorrow. I am so proud of myself for this little achievement because I have never done it before and managed to survive through both classes without much child poses or resting. Whee! Sakura is getting stronger indeed! :happy:

    Let’s see how long I will maintain this… Hahaha

      It’s great that you’ve been going to yoga classes. It’s good for you all around – hope you’ll continue to enjoy it. There’s no need to justify why you decide to work out. It’s good for you regardless of your weight. Keep it up! You’ll eventually branch out to different workout routines (maybe spin class).

      Yay! Well done on going to your Yoga classes. I love Hot Yoga – it’s my favourite! :) It really helps with inflexibility especially if it’s your first time. Keep it up!!

      I used to do yoga. It’s been a lot time but I’m glad you were able to do and stick with it.

      Wow, two classes in one day? I don’t think I could handle that. I think I would want to spread them out throughout the week. Don’t work yourself too hard, that can’t be good for your heart either.
