Now that I typed out calculated all the prices, I got a big shock. Oh my. Of course, I didn’t buy all of them at a go. In fact, I got the following this time year:
- Sulwhsoo First Care Activating Serum
- Laneige White Plus Renew Original Essence
- Skinfood Triple Aloe Sun
- Clarins UV Plus Protective sunscreen
- Innisfree Pore Minimising Pack
- Innisfree Jeju Volcanic pore strips
- Innisfree Jeju Volcanic nose pack
- Sulwhasoo Snowise Ex Whitening Eye Treatment
- Clarins Lotus Treatment Oil
I won’t be getting any new skin care products this year anymore. There are some products that I didn’t regret buying it after using it so far because it really did help my skin.
The first item would be Clarins Lotus Treatment Oil. I have oily skin and I never knew that using a facial oil can help in reducing clogged pores and reduce breakouts.
The second on my list would be Laneige White Plus Renew Original Essence. It really brighten and make my skin fairer. Unfortunately, you have to keep using it.
The third would be Clarins UV Plus Protective sunscreen. I really like the texture of this physical sunscreen. Sadly, the original version make my face look so white and hard for me to blend. In the end, I got the tinted version which provides some coverage.
Lastly, it would be Sulwhasoo Snowise Ex Whitening Eye Treatment. It really removes some of the lines I spotted near my eye area within a few days. Not sure if it is because I am sleeping more or am I starting to use eye treatments.
Don’t ask me what are my favourite products. All of them are my favourites. Otherwise, why will they make it to my skin care routine?
Overall, I paid around S$470 for all my skin care products. The purchase was spread from 2012 till now. Oh my gosh. This number is so, so, so scary to me. Before I start typing this blog post, I thought I spent around S$200 to S$300 on my skin care. To think that it is actually close to S$200 + S$300. I’m only in my early twenties and I am already spending so much on my skin care. 🙁 What will happened to me when I am older? 😥

Woah, that’s a lot. I guess it’ll be worth it, though, because your skin will be glowing! 🙂 I need to get my skincare routine down as well.
